Okay so after watching season 1 of Fear the Walking Dead and in fairness to the series it did offer more of a look in to the outbreak scenario of the zombie apocalypse than the Walking Dead did.
I am a huge fan of the original Walking Dead series of course taking into account that it really is just one big long speech from Rick along the lines of “There comes a time in a man’s life…..”
Season 2 of Fear The Walking Dead jumps straight in to where it left off at the end of season one with a plausible enough escape strategy which when you really think about it makes a lot of sense to head for a decent boat as the dead might be able to walk, but they are shite at swimming.
This box set has four discs which offers fifteen episodes to watch in total.
We managed to get through all fifteen in three days, not to say that you won’t get your full week out of this box set rental provided you ration out the episodes.
There are many plausible scenarios presented within this series and there are also a number of similarities between scenarios presented in the “Walking Dead” series.
As a box set rental I would give this a big thumbs up as overall I found this series to be very entertaining.
Mind you if you are squeamish about scenes of gore, violence and amateur brain surgery this may not be the box set for you.
